What a school year! During the 2016-17 school year, I had the opportunity to speak to nearly 20,000 elementary school students, speak at camps and share the mission of Shelly Bean the Sports Queen and her creation story with over 1,000 adults! Rarely are we good at things the first few times we try them. But, if we really want it, we will get back up and try again. I want Shelly Bean to be a role model to all children and together, we are beginning to make that happen. From northern Minnesota to the southern tip of Texas, children are reading Shelly Bean and getting inspired.
